Frazier Donte Gilliam (b. 1993) is the CEO and Founder of Follow Your Dreams To Greatness. Born in Chesapeake, Virginia, and raised in Suffolk, Virginia, Frazier grew up as an only child who was adopted. Although surrounded by love from both parents, family, and friends, he often felt a deep sense of loneliness and questioned his purpose in life.

Throughout his childhood, teenage, and adult years, life’s challenges—including depression, the separation of his parents, and eventually becoming a father—shaped his perspective and strengthened his calling. These experiences prepared him for the journey of entrepreneurship and ignited a passion for uniting and uplifting others who face similar struggles.
